TRAVELING by JAPANESE FERRIES

Japanese ferries have been mainly operated as cargo ships, but today they have a character of cruise ships. The accommodation aboard today's ferries will consist of a spacious and well-equipped outside-view cabin, comfortable lounge and private facilities like cruise ships. Large ferries ply between Hokkaido and Honshu.

I show you a cruising of "Kiso"(Taiheiyo Ferry, Nagoya-Tomakomai) and "Ferry Lavender"(Shin Nihonkai Ferry, Maizuru-Otaru).
